Brass Ensemble
The Brass Ensemble has resumed practice for the new season and is looking for additional members. If you are interested, come and join us at the Hall on Thursdays @ 7:00pm or leave a message for Cathy Jirjahlke at the Parish Office (322-4186)

ACW Notices
The following activities are planned for the upcoming Anglican Church Women Council annual Conference:
  • May 26th - Procession (3 pm) and Church Service (4 pm).
  • May 27th - May 28th - Day Sessions (9 am to 3 pm) and Evening Sessions (7 pm to 9 pm) at Holy Cross Parish Hall.
  • May 29th - One day trip to Harbour Island.
Interested persons may contact the president for further details.

The Diocesan Youth Department
The Diocesan Youth Department will be hosting a series of sporting events this year, including:
  • Basketball Tournament which will include a Slam Dunk contest and a 3 on 3 Tournament in April.
  • Swim Meet in May
  • Track Meet in October
  • Volleyball Tournament in November
Persons interested in working on any of the above committees are asked to contact the Youth Department at 322-3015,

Provincial Hymnal
The Province has produced a new Hymnal to be used in all Dioceses. Our use of these will commence in the very near future. The cost of the Hymnals are: $15 (Lyrics only) or $25 (Lyrics and Music).
College and University Students
The Social Outreach Committee is requesting all students currently attending colleges and universities to register their names at the Parish Office. Please also include the name of the College or university, along with your address, telephone numbers and email.
Congratulations
Congratulations to Nicholas Mitchell on his call to the English Bar last November and soon to the Bahamas Bar in the forthcoming weeks. Nicholas recently returned to Nassau after a year abroad studying Mandarin in China.

Dean's Announcements
The Dean wishes to remind all Cell Co-ordinators that the Cell Group on duty is responsible for assisting at Evensong as well as the morning services.

The Diocesan Youth Department preliminary games took place yesterday and continues through to Saturday, May 25th, 2013 from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at St. John’s College.

Endowment Trust
